Bravery

Lots of days of late I find myself saying I want to go back under my rock, live in a cave.

I have hearing aids and macular degeneration.

Is nature agreeing with me?

I have heard enough.

I have seen enough.

Meditation and prayer sing another song.

I must be brave to have the expansive, creative life I desire.

I must take the fear and all that holds me back and give it over to the transformative love of the spirit,

and ride the wave of the prophetic stream of life to move forward.

There is so much life on the other side of fear.

It is up to me to affirm I am a brave powerful woman, and the merit of my affirmation of bravery contributes to the benefit of all beings everywhere.

It's a practice. 

Remember- we dont have to be brave alone.

If your heart doesnt feel up to it, call on a friend, a way shower -Jesus, Buddha- Mother earth- to open their hearts for you as you practice.

I urge you to give it a try, affirm your own bravery.

A practice-

At the end of the day I create

Brave Girl Cards

from what is left on my desk. 

Almost everyday I give one to someone I don't know. 

That takes bravery on my part.

To offer something of myself, 

and I pray it reminds them to be brave when they need it most.

I fall in love with each card. That is part of the process and practice. 

To love and let go.
